Explorer - 3 Months
For organizations that are just starting their transformative journeys, we offer the Explorer Pathway. We'll start by conducting an organizational assessment in an area of your choice. This assessment will guide us in creating a personalized training plan that meets your unique needs. Throughout the way, you’ll receive three monthly consulting calls to assist you with strategic planning and setting long-term goals. Our approach is comprehensive yet manageable to assist you in making positive changes.
What is Included?
For the Explorer Pathway, we offer a partial audit to asses one area of your choice (Organizational Culture, Policies, Demographics & Data, Processes). We will then suggest two trainings for staff, leadership, or the board of directors, customized to your organization’s needs. Lastly, we provide ongoing support and 3 hours of consulting.
Who is this for?
We typically offer the Explorer pathway to small organizations with less than 50 employees. For larger organizations, we suggest a longer engagement. The Explorer pathway is a great way to introduce this work to your staff or board if you have folks who feel apprehensive.
Base Camp - 3 to 6 months
Start your journey by selecting two areas for an in-depth organizational audit. Our pathway has four training modules customized to match your specific needs. We'll provide you with six hours of coaching, guidance, and support throughout the journey. During your monthly consulting sessions, we typically engage in strategic planning and goal-setting to help your organization adapt and thrive over the long term.
What is Included?
For the Base Camp Pathway, we offer a partial audit to asses two areas of your choice - organizational culture, policies, demographics & data, and processes. We will then suggest four trainings for staff, leadership, or the board of directors, customized to your organization’s needs. Lastly, we provide ongoing support and 6 hours of consulting.
Who is this for?
The Base Camp pathway is a good choice for organizations that are just beginning to lay the foundation of transformative work, have had a long pause in work, or are looking to enhance their learning to the next level. We recommend Base Camp for organizations with less than 150 employees.
Trailblazer - 6 to 12 Months
Embark on a journey towards transformation with our Trailblazer Pathway. This comprehensive program begins with a complete assessment of your organization. Along the way we will offer four training modules, designed to your organization’s needs to cultivate lasting change. We will work closely with your organization for 12 hours of coaching to support its progress. These monthly consulting sessions will emphasize strategic planning and goal setting, ensuring your organization remains at the forefront of transformation.

For the Trailblazer Pathway, we offer a complete audit of all four areas - organizational culture, policies, demographics & data, and processes. We will then suggest four trainings for staff, leadership, or the board of directors, customized to your organization’s needs. Lastly, we provide ongoing support and 12 hours of consulting.
Who is this for?
The Trailblazer pathway is recommended for organizations that are experiencing tough challenges and are interested in a complete audit to discover areas of opportunity and action. We also offer this pathway for organizations that are ready to dive into transformational work and become a partner in transformation. We recommend the Trailblazer pathway for organizations with less than 300 employees.
Summit Run - 12 to 24 Months
Aim for the summit of organizational excellence with the Summit Run pathway. This long-term approach includes an audit of all four areas, setting the stage for systemic organizational changes. We provide eight training to equip your organization with the tools and knowledge needed to dive into niche topics. With monthly consulting sessions, we'll focus on strategic planning and goal setting to ensure sustained success throughout your journey.
What is Included?
For the Trailblazer Pathway, we offer a complete audit of all four areas - organizational culture, policies, demographics & data, and processes. We will then suggest eight trainings for staff, leadership, or the board of directors, customized to your organization’s needs. Lastly, we provide ongoing support and 24 hours of consulting.
Who is this for?
The Summit Run pathway is designed for organizations deeply committed to achieving comprehensive and long-lasting transformation. It is ideal for organizations that are dedicated to long-term growth and are willing to invest the time and effort needed for sustainable change. Organizations looking to engage in the Summit Run pathway should have the capacity and resources to engage in intensive training and consulting over an extended period. The Summit Run pathway can be customized to organizations of all sizes.
