This class is very well designed and delivered, and Rachel and Jordan are very professional, inviting, engaging, and fun! We explored tough topics in meaningful ways, and best of all, the nature of how the coursework is constructed makes it very practical and easy to apply to your own life and work environment. I now feel better equipped to be a leader of DEI work, rather than a bystander or surface-level participant.
